Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We ship via FedEx or UPS and offer freight shipping on heavy orders (over 150lbs), Ground, 2 Day Air, and Overnight shipping.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Unless an item is on back-order, most items ship within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed after 1PM CST on Friday (or Saturday/Sunday) will ship the following Monday (excluding Holidays).
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders with large, heavy items will ship via freight, which has an average transit time of 3 to 5 days. Ground has an average transit time of 2 to 4 days. 2 Day Air has an average transit time of 2 days. Overnight has an average transit time of 1 Day. NOTE: "Transit time" does not include order processing time, which usually takes 1 to 2 business days (excluding Holidays).
Q: How do I find my tracking numbers?
A: If you included a valid email address when you placed your order, an email containing your tracking numbers will be emailed to you after your item(s) have shipped.
Q: Can I change the shipping method after my order has shipped?
A: No, we are not able to change the shipping method after an order has shipped.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
Q: I clicked on the tracking number in my email and my browser said the link was not valid.
A: Try copying and pasting the actual tracking number into the tracking search box on the FedEx or UPS website. You can also copy and paste the tracking number into Google. Please be aware that there may be multiple tracking numbers for your order.
Q: If I place an order Tuesday afternoon and select Overnight shipping, will I have my item(s) on Wednesday?
A: No. The shipping method you select (i.e., 2 Day Air, Overnight, etc.) does not include order processing time, which depending on the item(s) you ordered, can take 1 to 2 business days (excluding Holidays).
Q: I placed an order two days ago and paid for 2 Day Air, but my item(s) have not arrived yet. Why?
A: The shipping method you select (i.e., 2 Day Air, Overnight, etc.) does not include order processing time, which depending on the item(s) you ordered, can take 1 to 2 business days (excluding Holidays).
Q: I received my order and some items are missing.
A: In most cases, your order shipped in multiple shipments. Before calling customer service, please verify that you have checked the status of all tracking numbers.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Most items ship from our regional distribution centers located in Tennessee and Kentucky.
Q: Do you offer blind shipping?
A: No. We are not a distributor and cannot offer blind shipping.
Q: Can I pick up my order locally?
A: No. All of our products are shipped from regional distribution centers and are not available for local pickup.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: No. We only ship inside the domestic U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. For international orders, we recommend using a domestic based shipment forwarding service.
